  The customer service experience was so bad in this store on more than one occasion, I decided to simply not shop there for household items. I stocked my kitchen with things from other stores (was new to the area). Then recently I went in to make a large purchase and I was pleasantly surprised by a very nice and helpful person. When I returned the next day to purchase one more small item, it was back to being ignored again; it seems as though the customers at this store irritate the people who work there! I've rarely experienced a store wide issue like this!
