  The notes on their ordering page apparently do not transfer to the delivery folks correctly, so if you have specific instructions I would suggest relaying it through a phone call rather than relying on the ordering page. I had two good orders in the past year but my last order did not arrive on time. The person i spoke to on the phone could not give me any details on when to expect a refund. Please make improvements unfortunately I will be choosing a different florist from now on.
  
  4/30/18 - And i still do not have a refund. Each time i call i end up talking to someone who says to call again and speak with one of the owners. I have lowered my rating as this has been a terrible experience.
