  I had a super smooth experience at Ourisman when I bought my new GTI in June 2017. Ariel was transparent about the costs and process, communicative and quick to respond (I did most of my negotiating over email and phone as I came from out of state) – and he beat out all the other dealers in terms of cost. Everyone in the dealer -- from the business manager to finance department -- was a joy to work with and we never felt like they were tying to get more money out of us. Highly recommended.
