  Went for an oil change at 5pm. I called prior to set up an appointment. Wanted to set an appointment with a specific person (looked at reviews and wanted someone who had good reviews), was told that appointments are with anyone from the service; cant have a specific person. Service was timely (about 1.5 hour) and the location is great --a lot of places to eat, etc. Everyone was nice. When I was picking up the car, I was told that the inspection indicated that alignment needed to be done also. I asked why they did not call me --I would be willing to do the alignment right away, I was told it would be too late and they would need the car by 4pm. That is ok, still, I would prefer to get a call to discuss the inspection results. Dropped the car for service next day. Both times --it seems that there was no an assigned service person; I would leave the car with one, was picking up with another representative. I just moved from another area. I used to have a service person who I liked and trusted and could always set an appointment with a specific person who would always call me to report about inspection and discuss any question about my cars. 2/when picked up the car on the first day, realized that my driver's seat was moved and I had to set it up. Why anyone would need to change the seat position just moving the car in the service area? (I am a regular size person and my seat should be ok for anyone for such a distance 3/on second day - when I left, noticed that the screen did not have its usual look and was showing "Audio off". I had to stop to ask a representative how to get the screen back and turn on Audio. Why did someone needed to do that? If needed for any reason, why would not get it back to how it was? 4/ I noticed a pen on driver's floor and stopped to return the pen to a representative. Thought someone dropped it. When I left Honda, I realized - the small storage box next to the radio screen was open. That was my pen that dropped out of the box! Apparently someone opened it and did not close. Why someone needed to open the storage box? Such things had never happened at a Honda service that I used for more than 10 years with my Hondas in another state. Probably not major issues, just feel uncomfortable.
