  After 2hrs and 45 mins for an SNS manicure at Avalon, I left dissatisfied and upset. The nail tech didn't know what she was doing, so I complained to the manager which led to no resolution. The powder dip is visible and my nails look extremely bubbly. Not to mention, I have three fingers that are bleeding from the tech buffing my cuticles so hard. I am a valued customer at this nail salon and always spending $120 minimum with 20% tip. I am so disappointed to have been treated this way. Unfortunately, I will not be returning again. Don't spend your hard earned money here!!!!!!
