  These guys are complete jerks (I would use a stronger word here, but my review would likely be flagged). Avoid at all costs -- I wouldn't trust them with my electric toothbrush, let alone my car.
  
  I ordered mats for my BMW thru them, and left them there for a month and a half over the summer while I was moving, traveling and dealing with issues with my dog.
  
  When I went in to pick the mats up, they had returned the mats, refused to accept my payment, and aggressively berated me for not picking up the mats sooner. When I said I didn't want any drama, they told that if I didn't want any drama I should take my car elsewhere!!!
  
  They had a (beyond) horrible attitude to the point where I was very uncomfortable leaving my car there for fear that they would purposely mess with it.
  
  I've never experienced such poor customer treatment, and never seen grown men (or a business) act like this towards customers. I felt like I was back in high school.
  
  They may do OK work and know their stuff, but not worth the downside. Do yourself a favor and bring your car elsewhere (especially if you don't want to be threatened by someone when you are getting your car checked out). It will save you the headache!
