  They are a very dishonest company. They remodeled a home that we were interested in so we put in the offer and they accepted it. We had a signed contract on the house with them in December of 2015. We found out in January of 2016 that they didn't even own the house yet so we couldn't go to our original settlement date on January 29, 2016. Which means he fraudulently signed documents on something he didn't even own. We ended up not going to settlement until February 5, 2016. We've now been in our home for almost a month and are now finding out the duct work they had done for the HVAC is NOT correct. We now have to spend THOUSANDS of dollars to have new duct work done! I DON'T RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
